Institute of Civil Engineering of Peter the Great Saint-Petersburg Polytechnic University, University of Montenegro and Riga Technical University presents International Scientific Conference International scientific conference Week of Science in SPbPU - Civil Engineering. SMART City (SPbWOSCE - “Smart city”).
The conference is supported by Saint Petersburg authorities: Housing Committee, Construction Committee, Committee on Energy and Engineering Support. The co-organizers and the operators of the conference are Research and Development Institution "Center of Construction Expertise" (Russia).

Submitted papers must be original research manuscripts, never published before, and not under consideration for publication in any other conference proceeding (journal etc.). All papers are supposed to present novel research results of international interest. All papers should be not less than 6 pages (recommended 8 pages and more). The references to related work must be appropriate. Papers need to be related to the main topic of the conference and conference's topic fields. We publish papers written in good English only.
Number of authors in a single paper is not limited. Each author may submit only two papers. Each author can be co-authored only two papers. The corresponding author is the person chosen within the group to be responsible for all contact and correspondence with the periodical.
At the conference all papers have to be presented by one author at least. Both oral and poster report are accepted. The language of reports and discussion is English only.
Conference fee:
Participation (publication of one adopted paper 6 pages long and paper oral or poster presentation by one of authors) – 360 EUR. The participation for scientists from partners’ universities is defined by a special fee level. The participation with poster report could ask for a special fee level.
Conference fee for participation covers (for one person): a conference bag with related documents (program and CD, badge, certificates etc.), participation in all sessions and conference events (lunches, coffee breaks, conference banquet).The proceedings of the conference will be published in Magazine of Civil Engineering indexed by Scopus and Web of Science under Russian Science Citation Index, which includes the best Russian scientific journals.
